Application :

The belt vulcanizer is dependable, lightweight and portable machine, which is widely used in the field of metallurgy, mining, power plants, ports, building materials, cement, coal mine, chemical industry, etc.

Application Method

  1. Move the machine to the repair site.
  2. Fill glue in the damaged areas that need to be repaired.
  3. Place the frame under the belt and align it with the damaged area.
  4. Place the lower heating plate just under the damaged area of the belt and then place the upper frame.
  5. Press the hydraulic lever until it reaches enough pressure level.
  6. Connect the primary cable to power source and electrical control box. And then connect the secondary cable with the control box and the upper and lower plates.

Please note that it should match the corresponding signs on the control box.

Turn on the control box and start the vulcanizing repair process.
